Shipping policy

This Shipping Agreement is entered into between the Shipper and the Carrier for the purpose of transporting goods from the agreed pickup location to the designated delivery destination. The Carrier agrees to deliver the goods in a safe and timely manner, while the Shipper agrees to provide accurate shipment details, proper packaging, and payment for all shipping services. Both parties acknowledge that the Carrier will exercise reasonable care during transportation and that liability for any loss or damage will be determined according to the terms agreed upon in this contract. This agreement shall remain effective until the shipment has been successfully delivered and all obligations of both parties have been fulfilled.
